Q:  How do I reset my computer on my…ME-708, ME-709, NS-1003R, NS-1003U, etc…?

A:  To reset the display, First make sure the computer screen is on and you see the word "STOP" in the upper left hand corner. This word appears when you are NOT pedaling. Also, make sure that the word "Scan" is not showing. To get rid of the word "Scan" press the mode button until it disappears. Once the word "scan" is gone, press mode until you get to the display that you would like to reset. Once you are there and the "Scan" word is gone, press reset. This will take the value back to 0. Repeat for any other display.
Also keep in mind that you cannot reset the ODO display unless you remove the batteries.

Q:  The tension is too short on my bike and I cannot connect it.  How can I fix this?:     (This is currently for all bikes using the magnetic tension cable system)

A:  This is a very common issue customers have.  Try this; slide the tension connector from the upper tension cable in between the bottom opening on the connector holder(lower tension cable), place both of your hands on the front post and pull/lift up.  This will snap the tension cable into place.  You MAY have to use a bit of force when you pull up.

Q:  I am confused on how to set-up the computer for my Air-1 bike, How can I do this? (ONLY for Air-1)

A:  Remove the batteries for about 15 seconds. Place the batteries back in and you will hear a long beep.

Time will start blinking first - press the set button to change the hour and mode button to switch to minutes and press the set button to set the desired min.

Pressing mode again will move you to year - press the set button to set desired year.

Pressing mode again will move you to month - press the set button to set desired month.

Pressing mode again will move you to the day - press the set button to set desired day.

Q: Why does my model get stuck / does not run smoothly?

A: As stated in the manual, please apply lubrication to all moving parts.  This helps the unit work smoothly and will help keep the parts from wearing.
