For the affordable price of this bench it’s great! I love the leg extension accessory it’s awesome to be able to be able to do upper body bench workouts, abs and legs all on one bench.
Can’t beat the price. Other benches with leg extension attachments are well over $400. Very sturdy!
Very nice bench for the money.
I bought this bench to go with the Marcy power cage/squat rack and so far I am very happy with it. Pros: Reasonable price, even more so at the moment than when I bought it (price dropped $50 from when I bought it :( ) Easy to assemble - assembly instructions are all images that are reasonably easy to follow. All the parts come in shrink-wrapped packages with all the parts labeled to match the instructions. (No trying to figure out "is this bolt c1 or c2") Stability - while the bench "rattles" a little when unloaded, once you actually sit/lay on it it is quite stable. Comfortable - the bench padding itself seems comfortable so far. Hopefully, it will maintain this over time and not be like a pillow that flattens out over time. Cons - Range of motion on leg trainer - Due to the design of the leg trainer (leg extension and leg curl attachment) you do not quite get the full range of motion, especially on the leg curls. You are only able to leg curl until the arm is vertical, not to the point where the padding hits your glutes. Whether this makes a huge difference on training, I'm not sure. Leg trainer padding - The padding on the leg trainer attachment may be a bit on the thin side depending on how much weight you are using. My understanding is that the weight capacity for the leg trainer is ~100lbs which is quite low for me on leg extensions. You can get around this a bit by doing single-leg versions but then the full pressure of the weight being used is focused on one shin, which can be a little uncomfortable. Overall, I am very happy with this bench and hope to be using it for years to come.
I love the light weight bench the fact that it has wheels on it easy to move around well balanced
The bench is light and sturdy. Easy to move. Easy to incline and return back to flat. The leg extension is comfortable when using it.
Well made and nice adjustments. Easy to move around but could also be a bad thing when you are moving alot of weight. Also the leg extension could use one more adjustment. Tried doing glute ham raises and couldn't get my feet underneath the pads. Overall very pleased.
