The Marcy Diamond Elite Standard Weight Bench includes a Preacher Curl Pad and Curl Handle. To do Preacher Curls, simply add weight plates to the post below the Curl Handle and you’re set!
Adjustable Back Pad
Utilize the adjustable back pad to change up your workout. By inclining your back pad, you can target different parts of your muscles during Bench Presses or Flys.
Preacher Curl Pad and Leg Developer
Preacher curls are similar to curls. However, the Preacher curl pad helps you target your biceps while Curling – the Preacher Curl Pad prevents you from “cheating” during Curls. The leg developer delivers a lower body workout through leg curls and leg extensions

The posts that hold the bar when you rack it is a little narrow. Have to be careful to avoid pinching hands. Other than that a good bench.

Bench ok but could be better
Just used this bench for the first time and it gave me lower back pain after my workout. The seat is lifted which causes a problem when bench pressing or just lying down on it. It's supposed to be leveled with the back when flat, not elevated. Also the bench is kinda narrow wish it was wider.Other that everything works pretty good. But I will not be using the bench anymore.

Marcy Diamond Elite Weight Bench
I like this weight bench. It is heavy duty and does the trick of getting into shape with free weights. Probably the one thing; the seat is not flush with the back. It would have been better if it the seat was not angled upward on how it sits on the frame. That is something I would change. Other than that, a great bench!

Good Solid Weight Bench
Was easy to assemble with small screws blister wrapped and marked clearly. Study weight bench which doesn’t wobble while using it. Looks sharp also. Only suggestion would be to add another spacer and a longer screw on the butterfly arms so they don’t rub against the back supports while using them. I got by that by grabbing the butterfly handles close to the back supports and using them that way. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.
