The assembly manual is very detailed so although it takes a couple of hours, assembly went very well. They even provide a few extra hardware pieces. When youre assembling the main frame they tell you not to tighten several joints until theyre all assembled. I didnt see where they ever went back and told you to tighten them but I guess thats common sense. Also, when I was sliding the foam sleeves over the peck exercise bars it helped to spray a little WD40 on the bar ends and wipe off the excess before trying to slide them on. The assembled machine works pretty well if youre an average size guy but theres no adjustability in the seating or cable termination points so if youre 5 feet 10 then it fits, too far either side of that might cause problems. I have a 32 inches inseam and the leg extension exercise causes my feet to touch the floor if I wear a sport shoe with thick soles. If youre legs are long you might consider screwing some 2X4s to the bottom of the machine before you assemble it. If it fits you , the exercises are ergonomically very good except for the arm curl position. Its not a total loss but its not good. Although I didnt see it mentioned anywhere but if you sit on the floor in front of it, you can add a pulling exercise that works well for the middle back. This machine is a great deal for the money. Very good overall. Bought as an alternative to going to gym during pandemic. Like others mentioned directions are not the best but as long as you take your time (and use a ratchet set not adjustable wrench) it's not too bad to assemble (took me about 3-4 hours). Machine overall is good. Built better than I thought. Has decent number of exercises. Weights do not go in 5 or 10lb increments as others noted. Had one damaged arm on delivery but Marcy sent replacement in a week and all is well.

This product is as expected and then some. It's a great addition to my workout area. Ease of assembly, I was hitting the stacks the same day. Highly recommend purchasing.

Happy family! My HS junior and middle schooler assembled this by themselves in an afternoon. After 3 weeks of 3 users still running great. Solid unit and we don't have to go to a gym!!

Very nice product, easy to build(just follow the pictures). If they have one in stock get it, they will be gone very fast.

Really well built machine. Took two of us to put it together, about five hours. I would say it requires two people. Machine is awesome. Ability to do so many exercises, especially if you have extra connector pieces (like a tricep rope, straight bar, etc...) Perfect for this quarantine crap where the gym randomly closes all the time.

I dont think I will ever need to go the Gym again. I love this so much I bought a second one for my son, so he can work out with his pals in collage until Covid is done! I wish they would charge us $50 more and add additional bars and a rope. I ended up buying those and it increased my exercises considerably.

This is a solid entry level home weight stack. It is short enough to fit in a standard sizes room which makes the high cable a bit of a short range of motion for taller people. Directions for assembly are great and easy to put together.

After decades of free weights I was experiencing too many soft tissue injuries. Having used machines in gyms when we have been on the road, I decided this was the way to go, but we are isolated and I prefer to work out at home as I have normally done. Based on the reviews (some of which on other brands of home gyms were horror stories) I chose this unit. Now, after several work outs, I could not be more pleased. The machine is well designed, well engineered, and seems very rugged and durable. It took some time to put it together, but I went slowly and methodically to make sure I got it right. All the parts were included, and everything fit as it should. It was just a matter of following the diagram instructions. One suggestion if you buy this unit, and before you receive it: Invest in a 16mm ratchetting box end wrench and a metric (Allen) wrench set that comes as a single unit and opens/closes like a folding knife. This will be a super saver during assembly. Overall, I could not be more satisfied. Nicely done Marcy.
