Marcy Pro Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Marcy Pro understands that products don’t always turn out to be the right fit for you, and that is why we are happy to offer return and exchange options for our customers. Please review the following return policy requirements before returning your item:



  • - Only items returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • - Before shipping your return you must contact Marcy Pro to receive an RA number by calling 1-800-999-8899.
  • - The returned product must have been purchased directly from This includes Marcy Pro, adidas, Bionic Body and SteelBody products.
  • - The returned item must be in original condition and all accessories must be included.
  • - All returns should be undamaged and placed in original packaging.
  • - Marcy Pro does not accept unauthorized returns. This includes any items returned without a valid or current RA number.
  • - A 15% restocking fee may be applied for the reutrned product



  • - We offer exchanges only if the item you've purchsed was defective upon receiving. Please contact customer service to see if you qualify for a partial or full exchange. 
  • - Exchanges are allowable only within 30 days from the original purchase date. 
  • - A 15% restocking fee may be applied to the exhange of your product.



  • - If the product is not defective or if the cancellation is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return freight or fees associated with return and will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • - If the product is defective or if the customer has received an incorrect item, Marcy Pro will send the customer a return label to return the product free of charge.
  • - All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the original purchaser. 
  • - Free shipping is only available to the contiguous United States
  • - LTL Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Guam, Cuba, APO/FPO, Panama, Bahamas, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, U.S Virgin Islands.

Freight and LTL Shipping - IMPORTANT - Must Read

  • - Most deliveries are made within 5-10 business days, however, in some cases they may take up to 14 business days. Some national  carriers use reginal carriers to deliver your order, which may result in slightly longer delivery. 
  • - LTL Freight Items are delivered on the shipping company's schedule and you will have to make arrangements with someone to accept your product accordingly
  • - All arrangements are the customer’s responsibility for freight/LTL items. Storage fees or re-routing/reconsignment fees can and WILL be assessed if you cannot accept delivery of your product(s).
  • - All LTL Freight shipments are curbside drop-off ONLY; the customer must make their own arrangements to move product inside.
  • - Customers must be available to accept all deliveries
  • - Additional charges may incur in the event that the customer is not available to accept the delivery
  • - or Impex are NOT liable for any charges incurred by the customer through the freight company.
