Kimberly was most helpful when the wrong item was sent the first time. She apologized and worked quickly to correct it. The wrong items were shipped back and right ones sent. Great grandbabies are so happy to have new seats. They are. 6yrs, 2yrs, and 2 1/2yrs it's the first thing they want to do when they come over. Thank you for the smiles. From Indiana!

Teeter Seat Replacements
An improvement on the originals which the plywood and vinyl deteriorated. New seats made of a breathable outdoor fabric and plastic which I imagine will weather better. The threads on the original screws had rusted so bad that it was difficult to reuse them. It would be nice if seats included new screws. Aside from that very happy.
