The reinforced multi-position back pad allows for four unique presses: flat, incline, decline and military; and the versatile design also allows you to tone your abs, arms, legs and chest.

A great bench SB-10100
It is really useful and I'm glad I have it. Simple, functional, easy to assemble. The bench is very light and works well for strength training with dumbbells.

Solid and versatile bench
This is the most well designed and built workout bench that I have ever owned. It takes up about the same space as a collapsible ironing board when stowed and is easily and solidly set up in about a minute. The keyed and quickly changed configurations make it easy plan a wide variety of workouts. The components are all heavy duty and well finished by a degree of magnitude better than other benches that I have used. A great value for its performance.
