This is the perfect bench for multiple exercises. I love the larger feet of the bench giving great stability support when doing step ups. I also love the firm padding and width of the bench itself. Perfect for both men and women. Highly recommend.
Easy to put together, great for small weights, I cannot stack bigger than the hex 15 lb dumbbells on the sides because the spacing is too tight for them. 5, 8, 15 is what’s shown on the bottom three slots each side. Kettle bell is 18lbs. Adjustable dumbells are 9-10 lbs each on top. Really not useful for adjustable dumbbells with plates bigger than 2-5 lbs each depending on the diameter (see Olympic 25lb plate dumbbell for reference), just too hard to get them in and out. But this gets all our smaller weights off the floor! The orange weights are little 2lbs and not long enough to span the rack, FYI.
A great product. Compact and of solid costruction. It will meet my needs.
