Assembly Required

There is some assembly required to use the TRB-84 Olympic Bar. Easily insert hammer pins in to the holes as shown in the instruction manual to permanently assemble the weight bar

Strength Training

With a whopping 600lb weight limit, use the TRB-84 for a wide array of strength training workouts such as squats, curls, cleans, presses, and much more
