The MWM-1005 150lb Stack Home Gym features over 30 strength training exercises for a total body workout.

The MWM-1005 offers many of the same exercises that work the entire body and target most major muscles.

Burn calories and increase lean muscle mass. Resistance training not only builds lean and powerful muscles, it also increases your metabolic rate, allowing you to burn more calories and lose unwanted weight.

Due to the design of the MWM-1005, utilizing pulleys and cables connected to a weight plate stack, you'll never waste valuable time loading and unloading weight plates.

The MWM-1005 home training system exercises are safer than traditional free weight exercises because the weights are never suspended over your body; but rather, is stored behind a protective weight stack where they can't injure you.

Dual action press arms

The dual action press arms with independent motion allow for chest press and vertical butterfly exercises.

Upper pulley

Leg developer

Work your lower body muscles with the total leg developer. Foam roller pads allow for a comfortable workout.

Removable curl pad

The preacher curl bicep pad is removable and adjustable to make isolated bicep exercises possible.

Weight stack lock

No need to stress about loading and unloading weight plates. The selectorized weight stack with lock allows you to do resistance training safely, while the safety lock prevents unauthorized usage.

Nice equipment

Took 1 person about 4 hours to assemble. Really nice array of exercises available on this machine. I do agree with other reviews that the preacher curl is tough due to inconsistent resistance. Overall a really nice addition to my exercise room however.

I have been using this product for about 2 years, 3 times a week and I love this product almost as much as my wife. It is a quality built piece of equipment and the customer service and help is absolutely great. If you are a home doer do it with this machine.

I love this home gym. I can do just about every type of exercise I need. The only drawbacks I have encountered after 1.5 yrs is I don't use the preacher curl pad. You can NOT get consistent resistance throughout the range of motion when doing curls. I also find that you must be mindful to check the nuts on the bolts for tightness. They loosen over time with usage. Overall, this is a solid machine, it looks great, it's very effective, easy to use, and the price is very reasonable. Nice product Marcy!!

Easy to assemble

I read some reviews stating that it took like 8 hours . 2 people. It was not at all hard. I put it together in about 3.5 hours. Nice easy pace. I will say the instructions are a little hard to understand but once I figured out the developers thinking it was smooth sailing. Looking forward to getting tone and just having fun with it. I would recommend this product. Easy to put together.
