The bench features a sturdy frame constructed from powder-coated steel and comfortable high density deluxe boxed upholstery that firmly supports body. An adjustable back pad allows flat, incline, decline, and military style presses. Padded rollers provide a comfortable perch for legs to support proper form during leg exercises.

The compact design allows the bench to be folded for storage. This bench is a 'must have' for toning abs, arms, legs, chest and upper body and building better overall health.
