Marcy Mini-Cycle NS-9200

I had a Marcy recumbent bike that I really liked but it would not fit in our new home so I got the mini-cycle, which can store in a corner. It is smooth, quiet and sturdy, and provides good seated exercise while reading or watching TV.

I bought a Marcy Magnetic Mini Bike NS-9200. Almost two weeks after my purchase it arrived, without the hardware needed to assemble it. A week later the hardware arrived, but only after I called to complain. However, it was the incorrect hardware. When I called the customer service line, the lady I spoke to was very polite but told me that: we're sorry, but sometimes things like that happen. To make matters worse, there are no instructions to let you know how to open the battery compartment, and the instructions also tell you the wrong size battery is needed. I am not impressed.
