Ordering was very simple and easy. After placing the order, it only took a few days to arrive. They provided me a package tracking app so I could keep track of where amd when my package would arrive. The upper cable came in a well protective package along with the instructions on how to install it.
Very pleased with the exercise bike. Seat is a little hard so we bought a seat pad making it more comfortable.

Only one objectionable comment. Was advertised as 2-.75" in diameter when, in actuality, was 3", which was what I needed!
This worked perfect with my total gym , and I love the fact that it was free shipping, good quality and not expensive at all. Total gym love the product but their replacement parts prices is Ridiculous
