Well, its a lower cable to replace the one I wore out.
This is my second Marcy 709 Exercise bike. I wore out the first one after 6 years!!! Easy enough to assemble. Had to hit Youtube a time or two for help, but, all in all I love this piece of exercise equipment. I'm 73 and ride it twice a day for an hr total. Every day!!!!
This little board doesn’t look like it would do much. But let me tell you, it does! There’s a variety of different exercises you can do, and you feel them. It’s easy on your joints too. It’s become my favorite part of my workout routine.
