I was very hesitant about spending $200 on a bench, but it was worth it from the moment i put it together and put it into use. A little tricky at first as far as putting it together (JUST MAKE SURE WHILE YOU ARE PUTTING THE BASE OF IT TOGETHER, DO NOT COMPLETELY TIGHTEN THE NUTS AND BOLTS OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO BREAK IT DOWN AND STAR OVER), but overall fairly easy to assemble. It paid dividends immediately afterwards, because the bench is very good for tricep exercises (i.e. French curls, Overhead tricep extensions), about as perfect as you can get for any incline exercises (also for reverse fly in the incline position. More than holds its own for flat bench exercises. It also has a rugged, but smooth feel for the vinyl which makes it feel very very comfortable while working out. And it supports my weight very very well also being 6'1 220lb. A definite must for advanced to expert lifters and even those who take weightlifting seriously and to heart. So if you are on the fence about purchasing this bench, then go ahead lol and jump over the fence because you will be very happy with the purchase. Kudos to Dick's & Marcy Pro which now I am a fan of and will most certainly advocate !
