I purchased this from a retail outlet and it was shipped via FedEx. The package arrived pretty beat up, the packaging was taped back together. No fault of Marcypro, FedEx was to blame. Anyway, while unpacking we noticed several pieces were missing, I took a couple photos and inventoried what we received. I sent an email to support explaining to situation with a list of missing parts.
I didn't expect to hear anything for a day or so, but Andrea emailed me back within minutes! She just needed proof of purchase, and within 3 emails and about 15 minutes of internet time she had the missing parts scheduled to be shipped the next day. They arrived 4 days later!
WHAT! OMG! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you Andrea! Give her a raise! Thank you Marcypro, please teach other businesses how customer service should work. We will be buying Marcypro equipment from now on.
