Marcy
This versatile bench features an adjustable back that can go from incline, to flat to decline, giving you an ideal place for working on your upper body with dumbbells, bars or even body weight exercises. You can also work out the legs with the two-position padded bar and weight post that gives you the opportunity to do a leg extension or curl. Boxed upholstery with high-density foam offers comfort and durability, while the powder-coated steel frame is resilient enough for years of iron-pumping attention.
The handle situated on the front of the bench allows the bench to be tilted back and, in conjunction with the transport wheels, relocate easier. The transport wheels have been added to allow moving from room to room easier. It also allows for convenient storage.
Never miss leg day with the total leg developer. Work your glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps as you adjust the bench according to your needs. Use standard 1" plates or Olympic 2" plates (when the Olympic sleeve is in use.)
The sawtooth adjustment allows you to customize your workouts according to your target workout. This versatile bench can go from incline to flat and decline.
The seat angle adjustment allows you to set the seat to an incline that can effectively target a particular muscle group.

For the price you can’t go wrong. I’d have to say it’s a quality bench.
The Marcy deluxe utility weight bench is absolutely fantastic with so many great features and made with amazing quality.
To spare you the details, it's an 8/10 for me, perfect for leg curls and extentions, fantastic for other bench uses, and well worth the money.
Still not sold on the idea? Here's why I'd recommend it
The steel frame is of high grade quality steel, for the affordable price of the bench it's the best metal I've seen used so far.
The versatility is great for benching, skullcrushers, whatever else you do on your bench, and best of all leg extensions.
The leg extension attachment can be adjusted to 2 height options as well as removed. You can use standard or Olympic plates. There are metal clips included to hold your plates on the bar. The foam pads are covered in the same good quality leather as the rest of the bench which immediately makes it a 6/10 for me on that alone, as I've been using an old Walmart bench with a leg extension attachment and the foam pads always rub the skin super rough and sometimes leaves rug burns, but that won't be an issue with this bench.
The whole reason I got this bench was for training legs and it's great for that. One issue I encounter is that the end pieces that keep the foam pads on (which isn't necessary since the pads are well fitted to stay on the bars) are a huge pain to remove, so be warmed, DON'T insert them all the way in!
The bench has wheels on the far end of the bench and a handle at the front for easy movement.
It's sturdy for the most part, the metal framing that holds the seat and back however rock back and forth unless you're on the bench, which isn't a danger to your life but could in some cases cause instability. (Which shouldn't be often, so long as much weight is applied, it won't rock)
With weights on the leg extension attachment the bench becomes slightly unstable and can rock from side to side, this isn't an issue if you put something heavy on the front of the bench where the wheels are or simply sit back down on the bench since its completely stable during use.
As a whole, it's great, it's high quality for it's price, it's stable and I'm confident it will last many good years. It's highly valuable for the fact that you can do leg exercises, doing leg extensions at home isn't easy you know, but with this it will feel relatively similar to a machine.
The shipping time for me was astonishing quick, I ordered this bench on a Sunday and it arrived on Saturday of the following week (6 day timeframe for the purchase to process, get everything packaged, sent, and delivered)
I am highly satisfied with this product and I hope my review helps more people make the same decision I have and will bring Marcy more business.
Perhaps in the future Marcy could make more high quality, budget friendly pieces of equipment like this, a cable machine would be a good one...
Great price and delivered quickly. Easy to assemble, but required some concentration to understand some of the finer elements of the graphical instructions. Looks great. Being picky by nature, I would rate it about a 4.7 because the paint on a few visible metal parts was chipped and scratched, while the position of the foam back and seat makes it a little difficult to move the back fully upright. But the leg extension moves smoothly with little to no noise. I would definitely recommend this product.
I bought this with the squat rack and it is great for a home gym. The only issue I run into on the bench is the balance it has. With the single foot as a base by the seat part, it does tilt side to side. I wish this piece was wider, otherwise a great bench.
Thank you so much MarcyPro!
Now my home gym is complete! Nice little investment, and doesn’t take up a lot of space.
The Marcy bench has been a great addition for the home gym!
Bought as a gift and my husband loves it. Very well made and high quality.
Well built. Customer service was great to deal with as well
Love it
My bench arrived late, 14+ days and the leg extension part was severely scratched. The bench does what I need it to but isn't quite as sturdy as my old bench.
Your add picture shows full decline of the back rest but your video does not show any decline exercises. I find the decline too much and ask that you make another lower notch on the two bars for the back adjustment.

I love my bench. It’s perfect. It’s exactly what I was looking for. It’s well-made and serves all my purposes. Thank you again.
I chose this model because I wanted the leg curl attachment but without a huge footprint. The packaging and instructions made it easy to assemble. With my son’s help it was done in 45 minutes. It is definitely only home use durability and is not going to fit a person over 6’4” tall. And if I could change the design I would make it so the leg curl could move 5 more degrees, but overall it is suiting my purposes.
I’m a 5’10” female who’s in training for half marathons, coaching my middle school son’s basketball team, and life’s adventures.
Pleasantly surprised at the good quality. Exactly what I was looking for. At 74 with some health issues this will help me to continue to workout.
Great bench, solid with easy assembly. Easy to move and add weights. Rehabbing my left quad and it is perfect for that. Only downfall is the cushioning on the seat and backrest. They are full and supportive, but when I try to adjust the backrest to the most upright position, the cushions from each part push against each other and prevent me from locking in this position. I use the second most upright and it feels great. Would recommend.
The only way to make this better is to have a specific Olympic post on the leg developer.

Everything about this bench works great for me. There is no way to hook your feet or legs when using decline, it makes it quite unsuitable for decline pressing or ab work.
Great addition to my home gym. Simple and sturdy. A little disappointed in the packaging, two of the pads were loose in the box and were crushed and deformed and won’t return to their intended shape. Still good for the price!
Overall, very pleased with this weight bench. It was super easy to put together and looks great. The moving parts are all easy to adjust and move smoothly. My only area of recommended improvements is I wish there were handles to hold onto under the seat when doing some exercises. But definitely worth the money, I use it daily for for loads of different exercises.
It’s a good bench for the money and works well in the converted exercise room. The three point stance does make it a bit unstable though.
Excellent piece of gym equipment and a nice addition to our workout room. Affordable, durable and versatile.
Best product . Great quality .
I'm 6'3". Reading reviews I was nervous this bench would be too small, but it's great. Your legs go over the first set of cushions giving you the height for leg extensions. All other dimensions are more than fine. Was also nervous about the single footing in front but it's as sturdy as I could hope for. Good buy.
I think this bench lacks the quality I've come to associate with Marcy . For the price, it functions fine and set-up was pretty easy.
Easy to put together and works exactly as intended.
Great bench for the price. In addition the instructions were simply the best, most clear I have ever seen. Not one swear word was uttered in putting this together!
its perfect for when your just sitting around , even the kids use it
As advertise and even better
Very happy with them.
