• Item ships through LTL freight in 3 separate boxes on top of a pallet
• The included delivery service is curbside only (where a car would park).
• We do not offer inside delivery.
• Marcy Pro reserves the right to bill for additional fees incurred during delivery (such as garage delivery, limited access, front porch delivery, or detention fee).
• A delivery appointment will be made once freight reaches a destination terminal nearest you. Appointments can be scheduled Monday-Friday, during business hours, with the freight carrier.
• A signature is required on a scheduled delivery date to receive the pallet. (If you are not present for your delivery, an additional fee will be incurred to schedule a new appointment.)
