My fault, I should have gotten one with easier seat adjustment. Otherwise, works great, very quiet, easy to assemble. I'm preparing for knee replacement and my pre-hab PT looked it up and is impressed with this equipment, both for before surgery, and after.
Works great in our home gym. Can’t put our bar in the upright spot but only because our ceiling is too low. I knew that before I purchased it but this in addition to our squat rack/cage was exactly what we needed for our extra plates so they wouldn’t be littering the small floor space we have to utilize. Easy enough for me and my husband to lift plates on and off and we are at different ends of the strength spectrum. I like that I don’t pinch my fingers or break my nails like I might picking them up off/putting them down on the floor.
As advertised. Does not take up much space and is extremely quiet. Very smooth too.
