The dual function leg developer targets the hamstrings, quadriceps, and glutes, allowing for a total lower body workout. The oversized foam roller pads are ergonomically designed for stress-free leg exercises.
Target your pectoral muscles with the dual-function press arms. These press arms can easily be changed from chest press to vertical butterfly exercises for a maximum upper body workout. In addition, sit backwards for Rows and utilize the full body workout delivered by MKM-81010.

I bought this gym brand new and have owned it since July 2nd, 2025. Six months later, I have mixed opinions. While it does provide a consistent and decent workout, the build quality is questionable at best. In fact, I would equate it to dog snot. The biggest issue I’ve had is the cheap cables. The top cable has completely sheared off the rubber and the metal is completely exposed. I owned a Gold‘s Gym XRS 50 and used it consistently for six years and the build and part quality was way better. Hopefully, Marcy will honor their warranty.
I'm very happy with this equipment. It's stable and well made. Any issues with parts during assembly were corrected with a phone call to support and shipped immediately. The only con with the purchase is that the assembly instructions are not clear. Check out their video on YouTube for some help on installation. Once assembled, it's a great piece of equipment.
The Marcy Home Gym does everything you could ask for a home gym. The 200lb stack is more than enough weight to be able to keep you satisfied. The amount of exercises shown on the chart and the body areas it works is a great visual tool for anyone who ants to know different exercises. This machine is great. I had looked at some reviews about the instructions prior to purchasing. Take your time, sort out your parts and the instructions are a breeze. It will take 4-5 hours to put together, but we’ll worth it. I recommend this to anyone looking for a great quality home gym at an amazing price.
This set up is awesome, however, It has its downs too. Everything is fantastic with this set up but the instructions are not that good. Still east to set up but you have to match the parts to the black and white picture because they are not labeled... took about 4 hours to set up which was expected! Great gym all and all
I had no hiccups while putting this together. The instructions were clear and easy enough to read however, I would have liked part numbers somewhere on each piece. I found myself going back and forth from the instructions to the parts list so I could visual confirm I had the right piece. If there was a small sticker on each piece showcasing which number that part was. I would have probably saved more than a hour while building this equipment. Other than that I have no complaints. The machine works great.
Seat should have been braced more or thicker chipboard as the seat snaps within weeks of use.
End caps come off the leg extention foam, end caps come off the chest press hand grips.
Best to change to plastic washers with the chest/fly bars otherwise it scratches against the frame.
This is clearly not designed for American men to use. Climbing into the central work area, you squeeze around the swing arms and snug in between the backrest and the front pad. It really needs another couple inches. Don't stand up or you crack your head on the base of the swing arm with a metal plate extending below the functional area. If i had spent 2 days assembling this I would be loading it up and returning it now. The instructions refer to the parts by number, no description but a line drawing of the part. The only parts with numbers on them are the nuts and bolts on the 3 blister packs.

I’m disappointed that the 200lb stack gym can only go up in increments of 15lbs. When lifting 175-200+ lbs, there really needs to be a extra weight or adjustment to go up in smaller increments of 5-10lbs. I returned the item and will keep my 150lb stack gym for now.
Thought I could use it to warm up before hitting the real weights in my garage since I primarily workout in the mornings. Or maybe even do a routine on it from time to time just to mix it up a bit since this machine is inside a spare room in my house. I have weight stacks on the weight machines in my garage that I use a lot. Some have metal pulleys and another has plastic pulleys like this machine. This thing is so in smooth with such a horrible range of motion that I tried using it once and decided it was a really stupid decision to buy it. Now I’ve got to figure out how to get rid of it. Also hurt my shoulders while doing the chest press that took a couple weeks to heal. Definitely poor ergonomics compared all the other stuff I have from different brands. Wish I never would of bought and wasted the time building it.
After taking a few days to assemble it...I have really enjoyed the workouts. I follow the exercise chart that came with and have it broken down into a three day rotation. No complaints at all.
I had decided to purchase a home gym and after my research decided the Marcy 81010 was my best value. I have used it for two weeks and am quite satisfied. The company was easy to order from and the packaging was adequate to take the abuse of shipping via freight hauler.
The build quality actually surprised me for the price. I learned a lot about the unit by going through the assembly process. The YouTube video they offer was very helpful as there is a lot of assembly, but I feel that going through that process makes me appreciate the design and functions of the equipment more. I lubricated all the moving joints upon assembly and it operates smoothly and quietly. With all the different options it has for workouts, it does what I want it to do.
But I concur with other reviews that the instructions to put it together are pathetic. The pictures of the parts are inadequate to distinguish many of the parts and the one chart with pictures of what exercises can be done is incomplete. At least give the names of the exercises shown so someone could look them up to get better information on what is important for doing the exercises.

The assembly instructions are trash!
Holes not aligned, pulleys needed shimmed, threads needed cleaned up, tension from left side to right is not even. All in all quality control is garbage. One would think spending over $1000 you wouldn’t have to spend more to align, shim, clean up, and bore it to make it usable.
For the most part I was able to find the instructions understandable… however, finally watched a video that took me through the final 1/3. Began an exercise program this morning! I had the equipment delivered to the door and placed on a sheet to be able to slide it to where I desired. Very pleased!!! Thank you!
Does the job expect for the quality of the seat and backing, very thin plywood and breaks easily with very little weight on it. A flawed design as there's no bracing.
The family and I are really enjoying the home gym and it has everything for us. Still fairly new to a home gym, but so far it has been great. The documentation for setup was a little rough, but the online video did help.
Upon arrival there was clear shipping damage to one of the boxes and the large pieces that surround the weight stack were both severely damaged. I called immediately and was told replacements would be sent and it's now been over two weeks and haven't heard anything. No shipping confirmation etc. I've assembled and am using the machine however the weight stack is fully exposed.
The MKM-81010 is rock solid! Quality construction; smooth and stable operation; comfortable seat, backrest, and leg pads. I'm close to retirement and I was looking for a gym solution to help me get back into reasonable shape - maybe even find a few extra yards on my tee shots :-) This unit is the perfect solution for me - small footprint; plenty of resistance; multiple exercise options for a full-body workout. I highly recommend!
I just finished building the gum equipment. The instructions are a little complicated all pictures, no words, no reading. Good thing there is a video which is perfectly detailed. The gym works and looks amazing.
Machine is not as stable as I thought it should be. Unable to adjust for full range of motion. Missing parts. Very limited in exercises for full body workout.
Easy to put together…great machine for the entire family. Safe knowing no one will get hurt by individual weights.
No issues apart from the thin board they have under the seat and back rest which has already snapped being only months old. Other than that it does the job.
I had been looking into home fitness equipment for a while. After reading reviews on everything from low end to very high end machines I chose the Marcy 200 pound stack machine.

Delivered in six boxes on a single shipping pallet in good condition. It took me about 2 and a half hours to put together. Instructions are clear. Nuts and bolts are easy to identify and everything fit together with no problem.
Having just started to try out the different exercise configurations I really only have one small suggestion. That would be to make the seat bar a little longer. I'm 6 ft 4 and with the back rest all the way back it's just a bit short for me. Not enough to prevent any of the leg or curl functions from working.
Overall an excellent piece of engineering. Great to have enough weight to push my self with. You could spend way more and might get what this stack macine offers. Smaller footprint, wide array of exercises, ease of assembly, and all for under a grand. Way less if you catch a sale.
Two words...buy it
