All-in-One Stack Home Gym - Your Complete At-Home Strength Solution
Skip the crowded gym and build real strength on your schedule. Marcy's stack home gym systems give you everything you need for a full-body workout in a single, space-saving machine. Whether you're just getting started with strength training or you're a seasoned lifter looking for a smarter home setup, our weight stack home gym equipment delivers smooth, controlled resistance and the versatility to target every major muscle group.
What Is a Stack Home Gym?
A stack home gym uses a series of weight plates connected by a pin, so you can easily select your resistance level. With built-in pulleys and levers, Marcy stack home gyms provide smooth, controlled resistance for effective muscle-building workouts.
The Marcy home gym system removes the guesswork. No loose plates to load. No collars to tighten. Just move the pin, sit down, and train.
Why Choose a Marcy Stack Gym?
Marcy stack home gym equipment is engineered for people who want real results without the hassle of a commercial gym.
Here's what sets our all-in-one stack home gym systems apart:
Full-Body Training in One Machine
Every Marcy stack gym is built with an overhead pulley system, press arms, and an integrated leg developer, giving you access to 30+ strength exercises that challenge every major muscle group. Chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, it's all covered.

How to Choose the Right Stack Home Gym for Your Space
Not every stack home gym is built the same, and the right choice depends on a few factors worth considering before you buy.
-
Weight stack size: The weight stack determines your resistance range. If you're newer to strength training, a lighter stack gives you plenty of room to grow. More experienced lifters should look for a higher maximum weight to support continued progression over time.
-
Footprint: Measure your available space before you shop. Marcy stackable home gyms are designed to be compact, but dimensions still vary by model.
-
Exercise stations: Some stack home gym systems are built around a single training station, while others include multiple attachment points for a broader range of movements. If full-body training with a single machine is the goal, then a Marcy stack home gym with an overhead pulley, press arms, and an integrated leg developer is a great choice.
-
Who's using it: A shared home gym used by people at different fitness levels benefits from a wide range of resistance and easy pin adjustments. Marcy's pin-select weight system makes switching between users fast and simple.
When in doubt, choose a model that meets where you are today but leaves room for where you're headed. A stack home gym is a long-term investment, and buying slightly above your current level is almost always the better call.
What Workouts Can You Do With a Stack Home Gym?
When you get your Marcy stack home gym, you’ll get a complimentary booklet with exercises you can use to get started using your new equipment. However, we have other workouts you can try to enhance your stack home gym workout.
Here are three more workouts for Marcy’s stack gym:
1. Pectoral Fly
Focus: Pectoralis major muscles (or chest muscles).
How to do a Pectoral Fly: Sit on your stack home gym facing away from the weight stack. Grab each pec fly arm so your hands point up, and your elbows are at a 90-degree angle. Push the press arms together until they touch, then return to the starting position.
2. Tricep Cable Push-Down
Focus: Triceps (long head, lateral head, medial head); secondary activation of forearm muscles
How to do a Tricep Cable Push-Down: Attach your lat bar to the upper pulley of your Marcy stack gym. Stand facing the weight stack with feet shoulder-width apart and a slight bend in the knees. Use an overhand grip with your arms tucked close to your sides. Press the bar down by fully extending your arms, then return to the starting position.
3. Cable Hip Adduction (Inner Thigh Leg Cross)
Focus: Inner thigh (adductor longus, adductor brevis, adductor magnus)
How to do an Inner Thigh Leg Cross: Attach an ankle strap to the lower pulley and your ankle. Stand sideways with one hand on the preacher curl pad for stability. Let the cable pull your working leg outward, then drive it back across your body using your inner thigh muscles.
You can also purchase a single grip cable handle, triceps rope, and other accessories separately to complete even more exercises with the Marcy stack home gym.

FAQs: Marcy Stack Home Gyms
What is a stack home gym?
A stack home gym is a strength training machine that uses a guided weight stack and pulley system to provide smooth, adjustable resistance. You select your weight by inserting a pin into the stack, so no plates need to be loaded or unloaded.
What is the difference between a single-stack and multi-stack home gym?
A single-stack home gym uses a single weight stack to power all the cable stations on the machine. A multi-stack home gym has an individual weight stack for each station, allowing multiple people to train at the same time or giving you independent resistance control across different cable positions.
How much weight does a Marcy stack home gym come with?
Weight stack size varies by model. Check the individual product pages for specific stack weight limits and maximum load ratings for each Marcy stack home gym system.
