My New Bike

Like this bike very much. Wore out my previous one. Only minor problem I see is that the seat needs more backward adjust

Works as advertised and easy to use

It took a while to assemble but the form and function work well for a recumbent bike. The resistance levels work well and you can get a great workout. Best to read the manual to understand how the control panel works. It has made a nice addition to our family room.

Susan Becker

Don't know why, but the bike does not adjust the tension so it is always too hard to pedal.

K
Kenneth Campbell

Bike showed up on time and works great.

Makes noise

Foot paddle makes noise, tension dial not working properly, even at setting 1 , it is hard.

Excellent value for the price

Don’t let the assembly requirement deter you from making this purchase. This is everything one needs in a basic recumbent bike at a very low price. For assembling, I strongly recommend that you carefully inventory all the parts, stock a number on them with a sticky note, and lay them out on the floor — you need at least sixty square feet to lay out the parts and to start assembling the base. A second pair of hands helps for the first 30-60 minutes; from there it’s doable with one pair of hands. Just a lot of bending, no really heavy or bulky parts.

Connecting the tension cord in the column to adjust your resistance is the most delicate part, easy to get it wrong and you will know if you did get it wrong. If necessary, you might have to take apart to the competed column and check your work closely against the detailed diagram for the connection. Be sure to really tighten all the bolts and to read the manual for the monitor. Then go to work (out).

Is Alright but NOT great

The assembly was fairly easy and the quality is OK but not premium of course. The seat is somehow wobbly even after you tighten the seat adjustment screw but I am assuming it will be OK because it is secure. The backrest leans a little too far back and doesn't keep you in the good angle. The pedals don't give you the tension you get from the bicycles you try at the gym. Overall running is better than this LOL. Thanks for offering PayPal Pay Later option so I can pay it over time.

bike review

Love the bike, but the assembly was very difficult. We were missing washers and screws as packaging was torn. The small wrench we were given broke right at angle and we had to purchase a hex head to finish the assembly. Apart from assembly the bike is good

Update

First review was negative was so hard to pedal killed my knees. Company sent me a video on tension and I realized I did not have the tension set up correctly. OMG so much smoother now. Cant wait to start my workouts and lose the weight I put on during lockdown.

Problem resolution

I bought a new NS-40502R and there was a problem with the main frame housing. I called support and after submitting the required photos and proof of purchase I was quickly sent a new main frame. Everyone at the help desk was fabulous. There was no hesitation.
This kind of service is hard to find today.
I recommend MARCY 100%.
