Disclaimer: I have not actually used it yet for an exercise session, but I'm almost 72, and I assembled it by myself, in well under an hour, and it was not only easy, but fun!!!! If I have a problem using it, I'll write another review, but i was really impressed by the simplicity and downright elegance of the assembly design!
Very easy replacement. Only 2 small screws to remove the old computer that had a LCD screen that had partially failed. Unplugged the connecting wire and plugged in the new connecting wire. Slid the new computer in place and reinstalled with the 2 new screws that came with the new computer. The new computer with its LED screen works great and is much easier to see than the old LCD. Had I known about the new LED display computer I would not have waited for the old computer to die to replace it.
I already had Marcy vertical pulldown.Plus,front and back machine.I had to top it off w/Marcy bicep & tricep barbell.You can hit your front shoulders as well.Marcy is an excellent choice for fitness.
