In addition to multiple chest workouts, the Competitor Standard Bench includes a leg developer for lower body workouts. Use the leg developer for leg lifts or leg extensions.

With the included 80lbs of weight plates, this set is perfect for starting off your home gym or for adding a variety to your current home gym. The Marcy Competitor Weight Bench’s heavy-duty steel-tube frame and durable powder-coated finish provide great resiliency.
