Good beach need improvement
The preacher curl arm rest needs to be bigger, the curling iron would not let your arms extend alway down, the leg extension and leg curl are difficult to use the way it's designed. I am a former bodybuilder and I have experience with gym equipment.

Great Bench
The safety hooks should be a little shorter in length. After putting it together the bench is a tad wobbly. However this was this a great purchase, great bang for your buck. Relatively simple to put together however follow the instructions and pay close attention to the pictures included in the manual to avoid mistakingly putting anything on backwards.
