Marcy Cage Home Gym: MWM-7041
I absolutely love this thing! I don't write reviews often (or at all actually), but this cage definitely deserves it. I ordered it a few years before this review but since the pandemic, I've been using it on almost a daily basis, as has my family. Granted we did have a full set of plates and bars and other attachments for pulley work-outs we needed to get, but there hasn't been a single muscle group I have not been able to target with this thing. The foot-print is a little large so I do recommend having it in a dedicated work-out room (or maybe in the basement or garage). The build quality is excellent. It did take two people and a few hours to set up at first. Since then, we did disassemble it and reassemble it to move into another room which wasn't a terrible ordeal either. Long story short: This cage makes me never want to or need to go to an actual gym again.

Everything you need
Bought this cause it looked perfect and reviews said that it was good, i replaced it from a regular cage, and well i have to say this is perfect for my needs, there is hardly a workout you cannot do with this cage, and the build looks strong compared to my prior cage, ive had it for a few weeks and hope it turns into years but so far its perfect

We have a couple of 250+ lb users of the product and have no problem with the dip bars, pull up bar or area in the cage. Great rack.

Really enjoying this rack, it feels well constructed and is a good all-in-one workout station. Only thing I would note is the height of the outside posts makes it difficult to do seated shoulder press if you are tall and you need to be very careful when re-racking. Cannot perform shoulder press with the inside posts since the bench cant go that far back due to plate storage being in the way. Otherwise entirely satisfied. Make sure you do dips inside the rack and it will feel sturdy (am 180 pounds). Cheers.

I have had this cage for a couple of months now and I can’t say enough about it. I love it. It is compact enough to fit in the small garage space that I have for it. It is strong and versatile and has some nice weight storage space. There are areas for dips and pull-ups that are easy to use and the dip bars are adjustable. The hooks for the weights are adjustable as well and can be used inside or outside the cage. Some people may think that the inside of the cage is a little tight but If your form is good, you should be fine. The pulley system is a great feature. It offers so many different exercises - lat pulls, rows, tricep push downs, cable kickbacks - so many options. The only thing I would note is that if you only have a 5’ bar, it doesn’t easy fit. The weights will interfere with the cage. If you have a long bar, it is fine. This is really a great value and makes working out at home so much better. I love it! It makes me happy every time it is workout time.

Solid cage easy assembly manual
This is an affordable cage to start building a house gym and for the weights I lift it is more than I expected, the instructions were clear and the pieces most of them were numbered my husband and me put it together it took about 4 to 5 hours divided in two days, but if you're like normal people that doesn't like to follow manuals then you may have hard time. My overall experience from purchasing to have it installed in my house went smoothly and good. I'm satisfied with the whole process and I do recommend it.

Couldn't be happier with my new home gym system and customer service along the way. I ordered on a Thursday and the gym arrived 2 days later on Saturday, from Chicago to NJ! Granted this isnt a commercial rack you would see at the gym but this is a great rack system nonetheless. Highly recommend getting one for your basement or garage if your gym isn't opening anytime soon like ours in NJ. Thanks Marcy!

This gym is very well made and has everything I need for a 63 year old just starting out with a home gym. The hardest part was finding a set of Olympic weights. It's nice to be able to work out at my leisure.
